fiber/coax new build.

• Secured new business with Mediacom Communications in the California market. Source now provides

Mediacom with all their outside plant maintenance and new-build services in California. Contract

Delaware. Project included electronic and passive upgrade, as well as fiber and coax construction.

• Completed installation and turn-on of over 1000 Wi-Fi units in Orange and Riverside counties for Time

Warner in 2012-2013 as part of their corporate Wi-Fi hotspot initiative.

Regional Operations Manager (2007-2010)

Selected Accomplishments include:

• Restarted West Coast operations that were previously shut down under previous company ownership.

Relocated from Pennsylvania to Las Vegas to develop projects emerging in California, and to establish

new opportunities in the coastal and mountain states

• Built a successful operation in Southern California for Source Broadband. This operation generated over

3 million in revenue in its first year of operation performing 1 GHz upgrades and plant maintenance for

Time Warner Cable. The success of this operation directly led to a prime contract with Time Warner for

on-going maintenance and new builds projects in the Los Angeles market.

• Managed successful turnkey upgrade project for Time Warner Cable in Ohio. I was responsible for

maintaining proper staffing levels, managing material purchases and inventory, and completing all

phases of the project on schedule and on budget. Successfully completed over 300 miles of 450 MHz to

750 MHz upgrade on time and under budget. This directly led to an additional two year contract worth

over 8 million in revenue.

Network Services. Managed over 30 C-COR employees and 50 sub-contractor personnel at peak operations

covering all skill sets from UG and Aerial construction, fiber splicing, coax splicing, and sweep / certification.

Selected Accomplishments include:

• Successfully managed multiple C-COR labor and material turnkey programs for Adelphia and Time

Warner Cable. Over 2,000 miles of system in six states were upgraded during these programs

• Developed and implemented a standardized sweep program for the C-COR Network Services-Eastern

Division. This provided a consistent and verifiable metric to measure plant performance and gave our

customers consistency of product across our customer base. It also made it easier for employees to

move between projects as they did not need to relearn new procedures when arriving at a new project
